Enter information for up to 2 beers and the form will generate 2 labels for each. If you would like to enter 3-4 beers you must pay a second entry fee and return to this page to create the additional labels.

Kitsap County Fair exhibitors' passes were not available in time for us to distribute them when you drop off your entries. Please provide your mailing address and passes will be mailed to you when we receive them.

Labels will be formatted for printing on 8.5x11 portrait-oriented paper, but you may need to adjust your margins to make it print properly. The style for each beer you are entering, the brewer's name(s), and some sort of contact information are required. Beer names are strongly encouraged. Please also include any special ingredients, base beer style for specialty or wood-aged beers (if not obvious), or any other information you'd like to provide that will help the judges evaluate your beer.
