Come be part of Big Brew 2011!
The toast to homewbrewing is 10am local time. Recipes from the American Homebrewer's Association this year are an IPA, Wit and Porter - check them out at http://www.homebrewersassociation.org/pages/events/national-homebrew-day/recipes, but you can brew whatever recipe you wish. The West Sound Brewers will gather and brew at one of our members home, - on the driveway and garage area. Check out photo's of last's year event at westsoundbrewers.org. If you are
brewing, you can set up your brewing equipment as early as 8:30-9:00am.
Remember to bring your drinking vessel, maybe some bottled water and
some food and beer/homebrew to share. The food will be set up on the
work benches and there is plenty of outlets for crockpots or whatever.
